Immerse yourself in a joyous, soulful and transformational yoga and meditation teacher training guided by Faith Hunter, E-RYT 500. Faith, and a team of experienced and inspirational instructors, will offer an opportunity for you to dance on a sea of self-discovery, learn how to embrace your yoga practice, your life and become a positive changemaker in your community. This transformational experience will offer you the skills you need to become an inspiring yoga teacher leading from the heart.

Guests teachers include: Jessica Mahler (alignment and sequencing), Candace Tyler (sequencing and technique), and Megan Davis (anatomy & physiology for yoga teachers), and Hari-kirtana das (sanskrit for yoga teachers).
Faith has been training yoga teachers since 2007, and she contributes as a guest instructor for various other training programs around the world. Trainees have traveled thousands of miles and across continents to study and learn from Faith and her team of instructors. Currently, graduates live and teach in DC, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, California, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, Texas, Thailand, England, Dubai, and several islands in the Caribbean. From Day 1, you will begin teaching each other, finding your own voice, and crafting your own personal teaching style based on your heart and path through the practice. You will also uncover your true personal passions and how that will influence the way you will share the practice.
Curriculum Includes: Asana, Pranayama, Level 1 of Spiritually Fly Sequencing, Kriyas, Yoga Philosophy, Intro to Sanskrit for Yoga Teachers, Mantras, Principles of Alignment, Anatomy, Hands On Assists, Practice Teaching, Chakras, Meditation, Prenatal/Postnatal, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Journaling, and the Business of Yoga. You will have the skills to teach a vinyasa, hatha, restorative and meditation classes.
The trainees will be encouraged to share the practice of yoga with their local community through community classes, but also share in other creative ways to inspire and connect with the soul.

Friday, 7:45pm – 9pm | Saturday & Sunday, 1:30pm-6pm
Cost: The cost of the program $3300 plus books (can be purchased online). Pay $3300 or $500 refundable deposit.
Early Bird: $2900 by Jan 1, 2020 (payment in full).
