Meditation in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan carefully and precisely supports the mind, and guides the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus. Although there are many styles and approaches to meditation, what sets Kundalini Meditation apart from others is its precision, effectiveness, and practicality. With a wide range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, the class will focus on a specific meditation each month. For example, there are meditations to reduce stress, work on addictions, increase vitality, and clear chakras, just to name a few. Open to all.
